When my elderly stepmother rang him after this time to see where he was he was very aggressive towards her and complained about the parking penalties he was incurring. He told her she should have met him outside the hotel but when she tried to find him he wasn't there. He then told her he was going to get another fare. I have not had a refund or an apology. "
