"I used this company specifically because I wanted a 12 seater mini bus but instead I was sent a car and a six seater. It was my sons wedding and half of my family are foreign so i particularly wanted us all to travel together, this was information that I had shared with the booking staff and as i booked well in advance ,I am extremely disappointed to not have had what i paid for. By my reckoning ,I paid at least £130 over the odds compared to if i had just booked cars myself. The drivers were wonderful and I cannot fault them in any way. I would have loved to have tipped them but under the circumstances ,I didn’t. The company should tip them out of the profit that they made from my booking."
